1. Magnate Trade Vision Private Limited ("The Company" or "Company") is a Private Limited
Company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956.
2. The Company has launched a business plan to promote and market products of different
companies.
3. The person authorised by the company will explain the business of company.
4. The Magnate Distributor should under stand the business of the company before joining the
business filling up and signing this agreement.
5. All The payments for purchasing of products shall be made by cash.
6. The company reserve the right to make changes, amendments of alteration in services
provided by the company, including any changes in the marketing stetegy, compensation
plan, policies and procedure from time to time as the company may deed fit and necessary to
do so.
7. All the benefits/incentives are payable by Account Payee Cheque or Pay Direct Card or Direct
Account Transfer.
8. The Management is having sole discretion to organize the Training
Session/Presentations/Seminars/Education Programs and the same will be informed by mail
or SMS to all the Magnate Distributor accordingly.
9. The Company has not authorised any member or staff of the company to accept/collect cash in
behalf of company.
10. If any Magnate Distributor or staff wants to promote/market the products of the company in
any other means except this promotional plan, which helps the company to increase its sales,
then a prior written permission is required from the management of the Company.
11. This agreement shall be governed, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of
India, without regard to conflicts of laws. The Parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and
venue of the Civil Courts of Jaipur for the resolution of all disputes arising under this
agreement.
12. All the payments will be subjected to all applicable taxes and other tax withholding, duties
and levies.
13. The payment given for the purchase of any product will abide all the terms and conditions of
the related company.
14. Any disputes arising from this agreement or in relation to the agreement shall be referred to a
duty appointed arbitrator by the company. Magnate Distributor should not raise any objection
on the ground that the arbitrator is having any connection with the company.
15. The company at his discretion reserves the whole rights to terminate any Magnate Distributor
16. Company is not liable for any claim, cost, damage due to the misrepresentation of Magnate
Distributor about the company and it's services.
17. The Magnate Distributor will get the incentives in accordance with the growth of his/her i.e.
higher the growth, higher the incentive.
18. No Magnate Distributor is allowed to use Company's network for marketing/promoting any
other product or business which is not related to company.
19. It is a growth plan and all the payments will depend on company growth and there is no time
limit for growth payment.
20. All the above terms and conditions are applicable for everybody including nominee.
I have gone through all terms and conditions mentioned above in and I undertake to abide by
all the terms and conditions of the company. |
